EMBROIDERY
- Logos showing the correct colours in a JPEG or better are suitable for
EMBROIDERY ONLY.
For all other types of printing - we require any of the following.
Corel V14 or below. saved as curves at size.
Adobe Illustrator CS2 vector artwork files or lower, ie: .ai
PDF - Editable PDF files. jpegs saved as PDF will incur artwork redraw fees.
EPS format - vector art, with fonts converted to outlines.
Any images must be at minimum 300 dpi.
The following PHOTOSHOP formats may be acceptable, if high resolution: please
send them thru on email and we will advise.

TIFF format.
Conversion from Process color artwork spot colors can take around 2 days to
complete, and will need to be quoted on a project basis.
Line art needs to be 600 DPI minimum. Screen halftones are not suitable.
The following generally may not be usable in their current format, but we can
still use them as a base for artwork. They will most likely incur artwork
charges. There are suitable for EMBROIDERY only.

JPEGS - these are suitable for embroidery only.

Other Bits:
Faxed artwork: this can be used, but will need to be redrawn. Please fax to the
number on the “Contact Us” page.
PMS colours - there may be additional charges for doing Pantone matching: this
will be on a case-by-case basis, and will be advised as part of the quote. In
some cases, we may have a standard color that is close, and we may be able to
avoid the PMS color match charge.
Fonts: if no fonts are provided, we will use our discretion. If fonts are
provided, and we do not have access to the original font, substitute fonts will
be used. Please convert files to outlines and include the font description
wherever possible.
Text & Line Weight: Please bear in mind, the thinner the lines or the finer the
text used in a logo, the less chance there is of achieving good results.
Copyright: By providing the artwork, the sender acknowledges that they have the
rights to the use of this logo design. In some cases, additional releases may be
required from the owner of the design.
Not all artwork is usable and may require modifications: This is due to the
limitation of the decoration or printing method and imprintable area of the
item.

We do not accept CMYK files for spot colour printing
Redraw
We have the capability to redraw files that are not suitable to work with. Cost
is based on $60 +GST per hour artwork fees. Typical redraw cost is somewhere
between $30 to $60 for most logos. Text only may be around $20 to $40 as a
guide. Please submit your artwork and we can give you a quote.
Artwork costs are for the first proof and one subsequent change. Any changes
after this may incur a $20 +GST fee per change.
